Delivery & Dispatch

Where we ship

We ship worldwide from Tokyo, Japan. You can enter any delivery country at checkout.

Shipping costs

The shipping cost for your order is shown at checkout before you pay. Orders over $499 ship free.

Dispatch times

We prepare your order once payment is confirmed (see Payment Methods). Paid orders ship within one business day, not counting weekends and Japanese public holidays. If part of a large order needs more time, we will email you before it ships.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. When your parcel leaves us, we email you the tracking number. You can also check your order status at any time on the Order Tracking page using your order number and billing email.

Delivery times

Transit time depends on your country, the carrier and how long customs clearance takes. Your tracking link shows the latest estimate for your parcel.

Packaging

Booster boxes, Elite Trainer Boxes and other sealed product are packed in a sturdy outer box with padding to protect corners and shrink wrap. Sealed cases ship in their original factory cartons.

Customs, duties and taxes

Your country may charge import duties, VAT, GST or handling fees when the parcel arrives. These are not included in our prices or shipping costs, and they are paid by the buyer unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Every international parcel travels with the commercial invoice customs needs.

Address changes and delivery problems

• Please check your delivery address at checkout. If it needs to change, email us straight away. We can update it any time before the parcel ships.
• If tracking stops updating, or a parcel shows as delivered but has not reached you, email us with your order number and we will look into it with the carrier.
• If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, report it within 48 hours of delivery. Our Refund & Returns Policy explains what to send us.
