Account & Partnership
To access our professional inventory and tiered pricing, you must complete the “Wholesale Account Application”. We require proof of business (VAT/Tax ID or Business License) to ensure we are serving legitimate retailers and distributors.
Yes. To maintain our wholesale price integrity, we generally require a minimum order of one Master Case (e.g., 10 ETBs or 12 Booster Boxes). Pallet-level discounts are available for enterprise clients.
Our headquarters are in Japan, giving us a direct pipeline to primary Japanese distributors and manufacturers. English products are sourced through our authorized global partner network.
We operate a “Source-to-Store” protocol. Every case is logged via weight and serial number upon arrival at our hub and again before dispatch to ensure all factory seals remain undisturbed.
Payments & Logistics
To bypass banking delays, we utilize regional Payment Agents. You settle your invoice with a local or specialized agent who verifies the funds manually, allowing us to release your inventory for dispatch within hours instead of days. photography has been sharing it.
Yes. We ship to over 30 countries through a network of global partners. We utilize DHL Express, FedEx, and Japan Post to ensure fast, insured, and tracked delivery.
Unless your order is explicitly marked as “Delivered Duty Paid” (DDP), the Client is responsible for all local taxes and import fees. We provide all necessary commercial documentation to facilitate a smooth customs process
No. As a wholesale entity, we only sell factory-sealed booster boxes and master cases. This ensures the highest level of trust and prevents any concerns regarding “pack weighing” or tampering.

Order and Returns
Due to market volatility, all wholesale sales are final. We do not accept returns for price fluctuations or unsold inventory.
Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. You must provide a continuous unboxing video showing the original shipping label and the state of the product to initiate a claim.
We utilize regional agents to provide near-instant fund verification. This avoids the 3–5 day “float” time of international SWIFT transfers, allowing us to lock in your inventory at current market prices before they fluctuate.
Standard bank transfers are free of surcharges from our end, though your bank may charge a fee. Credit card links and certain digital wallets may incur a 3%–5% processing fee, which will be clearly outlined on your invoice.

No. To ensure the highest level of security and accuracy for our B2B partners, all wholesale orders must be placed through our Online Partner Portal or confirmed via official email correspondence.
Yes. We allow verified partners to hold smaller allocations in our climate-controlled Japan hub for up to 14 days to consolidate into a single master shipment, reducing overall landed costs.
For pallet-level distribution, we provide a full “Customs Pack,” including a detailed packing list, commercial invoice, and Certificates of Origin where required to ensure seamless clearance at major ports.
While we ensure all documentation is 100% compliant, customs seizures are rare. In the event of a regulatory hold, our global partners work directly with local authorities to resolve documentation issues; however, the client remains responsible for local compliance and duty payments.
