As a Japan-based wholesaler, we provide a streamlined “Source-to-Store” pipeline. We leverage a global network of strategic partners to ensure your inventory arrives safely and efficiently, regardless of your region.

Processing & Dispatch:

• Wholesale Verification: Orders are processed within 24–48 hours following full payment clearance.

   

   

• Direct from Japan: Primary allocations are dispatched from our Tokyo or Osaka hubs.

   

   

• Regional Fulfillment: High-volume “staple” products may be dispatched from our regional partner hubs in Europe or North America to reduce transit times.

   

   

Shipping Standards:

• Case Integrity: All master cases (such as Ascended Heroes ETB Cases) are shipped in their original factory-sealed brown cartons.

   

   

• Reinforced Packaging: We utilize “double-wall” outer boxing and industrial-grade security tape for all pallet and multi-case shipments.

   

   

• Carriers: We partner with leading global logistics providers including DHL Express, FedEx, and Japan Post.

   

   

Customs & Duties:

• Unless a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) agreement is explicitly made, the Client is responsible for all local import duties and VAT. We provide all necessary commercial invoices to ensure smooth customs clearance.

   

   

🔄 Wholesale Returns & Claims

In the professional TCG wholesale market, inventory stability is paramount. Due to market volatility and the nature of sealed collectibles, we operate under a strict B2B return framework.

Return Eligibility:

• Defective or Incorrect Items: Claims must be filed within 48 hours of delivery.

   

   

• Sealed Integrity: Returns are only accepted if the product is proven to be significantly not as described or if factory seals were breached during transit.

   

   

• Market Volatility: We do not accept returns based on market price fluctuations or “buyer’s remorse”.

   

   

The Claim Process:

1. Documentation: You must provide high-resolution photos of the shipping label, the outer carton, and the internal product.

    

    

2. Evidence: For high-value cases, unboxing video evidence is mandatory to verify the state of the product upon arrival.

    

    

3. Resolution: Upon verification, we will provide a replacement or a credit memo for your next allocation.

    

    

🛡️ Shipping Insurance & Risk

• FOB Japan / Regional Hub: Risk of loss transfers to the Client once the goods are handed to the carrier.

   

   

• Full Coverage: All wholesale shipments are insured for their full declared value to protect your investment during international transit.
